Responsible include but are not limited to the following:
* Planning and Execution:
– Develop and own the Project Plan to support the Organization
– Coordinate manufacturing sites through effective planning scheduling and management
– Managing critical path and managing execution risk
– Coordinate cross-functional project teams
– Responsible for managing and tracking KPIs for operations
* Relationship Management: Requirements internally and externally, giving clear direction and requirements:
– Support internal and external communication for Operations
– Interface and communicate with the Operations to provide updates, milestones, and progress appropriately
− Ensure alignment with the Operations on the Commitment Date including milestone dates for meetings and procedure submittals, regular reports and so on
− Support the update monthly operational performance data by division
− Collect and review the operation data by division
− Cost analysis through SAP, and control & analysis of TCM, BGT vs. ACT
− Support monthly COR
− Ad-hoc analysis in accordance with business needs
1. Training Program Supervision:
– Develop and update training programs according to company needs.
– Oversee and evaluate the effectiveness of training courses.
– Ensure training materials are complete and updated promptly.
2. Workplace Environment Development:
– Implement programs and activities to enhance the workplace environment.
– Evaluate and improve policies and working procedures to create a positive and effective work environment.
– Organize activities and events to boost employee morale.
3. Support and Consultation:
– Support departments in developing and implementing specialized training programs.
– Advise management on methods to improve work performance and employee training.
4. Evaluation and Reporting:
– Monitor and report the results of training programs and activities related to the workplace environment.
– Propose improvement measures based on employee feedback and evaluation results.
5. Resource Management:
– Manage the budget for training programs and activities to develop the workplace environment.
– Ensure resources (human and material) are used efficiently and reasonably.
