1. To collect Environmental Performance Data from All Factories in Vietnam, Indonesia, China and India.
2. To directly align with each Facility Operation team to implement Energy Efficiency (EE) and Renewable Energy (RE) plans and initiatives.
3. To study & prepare for Global/Brand Report such as CDP, EMeReT System, Higgs etc.
4. To research & update required Permit/Requirements for Government/Brand requests.
5. To create internal and external (Customers, Investor Relations) communication reflecting HS Enterprise Sustainability activities.
6. To conduct internal audits of facilities across all businesses and operations.
7. Training and capacity building of various functions/teams on sustainability.
1. Education – minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering or related field
2. Minimum 2 years work experience in the field of sustainability, preferably in EE and RE
3. Native Vietnamese with proficiency in written & verbal English
4. Travel required
