  1. Generate lab tests based on Adidas lab procedures and results analysis, draw conclusions and makes subsequent process or product recommendations

  2. Devise, directly implement test methods with high machine technology as DMA, DSC… To construct new lab test procedure in innovation stage.

  3. Directly participate in and implementing related to chemical or new technology projects of Adidas.

  4. Perform product development engineering work in one or more general engineering functions to include mechanical, process, product, chemical, etc. Apply this work to elevate product through the using of new technologies and processes.

  5. Summarize reports, data, and findings and prepares reports or briefs of assigned projects. Assist in presenting concepts and solutions at the functional level. Support knowledge transfer outside of functional area as needed.

  6. Bonding process: to work enclose & make accurate judgments about the material elements on the product giving the shortest and most suitable bonding process possible while still ensuring the requirements. Applying environmentally friendly/recycling/Bio content chemicals, minimizing the harmful chemicals brought, the factors affecting the greenhouse effect, improve the working environment.

  7. Sample bonding quality improvement: Emphasis on rigorous & scientific inspection of processes and conditions during sample making to make sure meet physical lab testing requirement with all samples.

  8. Make weekly, monthly, project & monitoring reports for internal & Adidas customer.

  9. Perform other tasks as required by the Manager (if any)
