  • Plan and organize mass recruitment programs for both blue-collar and office staff at the factory.
  • Manage and coordinate the recruitment team to ensure manpower targets are met according to the production plan.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment sources such as job introduction centers, local authorities, and vocational schools.
  • Conduct interviews, screen candidates, and recommend suitable applicants.
  • Act as a liaison between candidates and relevant departments throughout the recruitment process.
  • Prepare reports and regularly monitor recruitment costs and effectiveness.
  • Communicate and report to foreign managers or global HR teams in English.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Yêu cầu công việc :

  • College degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a manufacturing company.
  • Good English communication skills for daily work.
  • Proficient in creating reports using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experienced in using online recruitment channels (Facebook, Zalo, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Experience in designing posters, running online ads, or managing fanpages/websites is an advantage.
  • Proactive, responsible, and quick to adapt in a dynamic work environment.
