Job Objective:

Inspect and ensure sample products meet customer requirements, approved specifications, and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and audit footwear samples at various stages based on specifications and customer requirements.
  • Compare samples with tech packs, blueprints, and standards to verify quality.
  • Identify and document defects, deviations, or quality concerns in submitted samples.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Work closely with the Sample Room, PDM Team, and other relevant teams to provide feedback and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports and communicate issues promptly to prevent delays in sample production approval.
  • Maintain communication with customers to ensure sample production aligns with their expectations.
  • Analyze root causes of defects and develop corrective action plans.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by leadership.

Yêu cầu công việc :

  • College or University degree.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in footwear development, product auditing, footwear manufacturing, or quality control.
  • Experience working with global brands (Adidas, Nike, Puma, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of product development, audit processes, and quality assurance in the footwear industry.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to prepare clear reports.
  • Proficiency in English (Korean is an advantage).
  • High attention to detail, customer-oriented mindset, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Problem-solving attitude with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and relevant reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
