  • Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for the executives as required.
  • Organize and maintain the office filing system, including electronic and hard copy documents.
  • Process and track invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents as needed.
  • Manage inventory of office supplies and equipment and order new supplies as needed.
  • And follow other tasks based on each department ex: PJM/PDM/QA/QC/COSTING,..

  • Good communication skills, in both English and Vietnamese and comfort adapting communication style between cross-functional partners at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently under a deadline on several projects simultaneously requiring both innovative ideas and engineering problem-solving.
  • Exemplify a high tolerance for ambiguity and a solution-focused attitude.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational, work ethic, and teamwork skills.
  • Candidates without experience will be trained.
