Job Objective:
The Head of Strategic Planning is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the company’s long-term and short-term strategic plans. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Long-term and Short-term Strategies:
- Develop comprehensive development strategies for the company, including both short-term and long-term plans.
- Analyze market trends, assess opportunities and challenges, and guide business strategies accordingly.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Gather, analyze, and evaluate market data to provide strategic recommendations.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify potential opportunities and threats.
- Manage, Supervise, and Optimize Strategies:
- Manage strategic projects, ensuring strategies are implemented on time and achieve optimal results.
- Optimize processes and improve strategies to meet market changes and achieve company goals.
- Leadership and Collaboration with Other Departments:
- Lead the Strategic Planning team, fostering the development of team members’ skills and creativity.
- Coordinate with other departments to effectively implement business strategies.
- Evaluate and Report Results:
- Measure the effectiveness of implemented strategies and report results to the Executive Board.
- Provide detailed reports and data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Strategic Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the budget for strategic projects.
- Ensure strategies are implemented within the allocated budget and provide financial effectiveness.
