Plan and organize mass recruitment programs for both blue-collar and office staff at the factory.
Manage and coordinate the recruitment team to ensure manpower targets are met according to the production plan.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment sources such as job introduction centers, local authorities, and vocational schools.
Conduct interviews, screen candidates, and recommend suitable applicants.
Act as a liaison between candidates and relevant departments throughout the recruitment process.
Prepare reports and regularly monitor recruitment costs and effectiveness.
Communicate and report to foreign managers or global HR teams in English.
Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

College degree or higher in a relevant field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a manufacturing company.
Good English communication skills for daily work.
Proficient in creating reports using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experienced in using online recruitment channels (Facebook, Zalo, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
Experience in designing posters, running online ads, or managing fanpages/websites is an advantage.
Proactive, responsible, and quick to adapt in a dynamic work environment.
