  • Job Description / Responsibilities
  • Compensation Management:
  • Conduct market research and salary benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation structures.
  • Develop and administer salary structures, pay scales, and job evaluations.
  • Manage annual salary review and bonus programs, including communication and implementation.
  • Benefits Administration: Oversee the design, implementation, and management of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compensation and benefits data. Prepare and present reports on compensation and benefits metrics, including cost analysis and budget forecasts.
  • Policy Development and Implementation for the Organization
  • Performance Evaluation/Assessment: Design and administer performance evaluation systems. Assist in developing performance appraisal processes. Provide guidance on performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
  • Evaluate potential candidates for future roles and track their development progress.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for talent development and readiness.
  • Training and Development: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using various assessment methods and develop tools to measure learning outcomes and behavioral changes post-training.

  • Job requirements
  • Qualification: Business Administration or a related field.
  • Desired profile & Experience (in years)
  • • 5+ years of experience in HR, compensation, and benefits management, focusing on assessment, evaluation, or a related area.
  • • Strong knowledge of compensation structures, benefits administration, and employment laws.
  • • Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and compensation management software.
  • • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • • Proficient in English
